You have bestowed upon me gently and generously;
Each day may I be fuller in love to Yourself.
Each thing I have received, from You it came,
Each thing for which I hope, from Your love it will come,
Each thing I enjoy, it is of Your bounty,
Each thing I ask, comes of Your disposing.
Holy God, loving Father, of the Word everlasting,
Grant me to have of You this living prayer:
